What to Pack

Layers of clothing: Temperatures in Napa Valley can fluctuate by as much as 40 degrees Fahrenheit in a single day. In June, temperatures can reach the upper 80’s during the day, and dip as low as the mid 40’s in the evenings. We encourage you to bring sunscreen and a reusable water bottle. We also recommend bringing a jacket for the cooler mornings and evenings, and for workshops, which are held in air-conditioned rooms.
- Your learning hat 😉 and a wearable hat to shield you from the hot weather as well.
- Computer (and all computer essentials like chargers)

Important Tip: To get to ACHS, be sure to stay on Newell Drive to access the parking lot and event entrance. Do not take American Canyon Road past Newell Drive; that route takes you to the side of the school property.
Getting to American Canyon High School
American Canyon High School is located in American Canyon, California, 12 miles south of Napa. Ground transportation is needed for this event and for the Gather and Graze event in downtown Napa. All of the three airports have rental car centers close by. Hotels do not provide shuttle services.
Here are some options for you to consider:

How to Review Your Registration Details
To review your registration details, you will need to log in to your account using your registration confirmation number.
Your confirmation number was sent in an email with the subject line: Registration Confirmed - PBL World 2023.
Unable to locate your confirmation email?
- Go to the Registration page. Click here.
- Click on the “Summary” at the upper right corner or “Already registered?” underneath the “Register Now” button at the bottom of the page.
- Click “Forgot your confirmation number?” and enter the email you used to register for the event.

Conference Check-In
Event check-in will take place onsite at American Canyon High School. This year, we have 1,500 participants joining us for PBL World 2023. We highly encourage Conference participants who arrive in Napa before the first day of the Conference (Tuesday, June 27) to check in on Monday, June 26. We will be available on Monday until 6:00 p.m. for those who want to check-in early and avoid Tuesday morning lines.
