Felicia Mgbada

Felicia has 10 years of experience in education both in Bronx, NY, and Newark, NJ.  She has been a high school English teacher, mentor teacher, coach, dean of students, director of school culture, and most recently, Vice Principal. Additionally, Felicia has a great deal of experience in curriculum development and teacher coaching.

Felicia also worked as a Project Manager for the EdTech company, Amplify Education Inc. She managed multiple projects for three different literacy products developed by the company.

Felicia is passionate about youth development.  She currently volunteers her time as a Program Manager for a youth development nonprofit organization committed to offering inner-city youth resources that help them complete their education, establish a career and / or start a business.
